1 Tablespoon Finely Ground Milk Thistle Seeds
1/3 Cup Wild Tibetan Goji Berries
A little Lemon Juice (optional) – Alternative: Pineapple Juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Grind the milk thistle seeds and soak in pure water overnight.
2. Beat
Wild Tibetan Goji Berries in a blender until well chopped.
3. Add milk thistle
seeds and the water in which they have been soaking. 4. Add a little lemon
juice, which is optional.
