INGREDIENTS
Your favorite cornbread mix
1/3 cup butter 2 celery, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
2 sea salt, or to taste
Dash of Tabasco
3/4 cup Extreme Health’s Organic / Wild Crafted Goji Berries
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper and red pepper, finely chopped
2 teasppons fresh thyme
2 teasppons fresh sage
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups chicken broth
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inches baking dish.
- Bake cornbread in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, green & red pepper and garlic. When onions are tender stir in thyme, rosemary, and sage, salt, pepper, Tabasco and broth. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
- Crumble the cornbread, Organic / Wild Crafted Goji Berries and stir into broth mixture; mix well. Add more broth or more bread, as neccesary, to achieve desired consistency. Bake on 400º F for 30 minutes or until golden light brown. (makes about 10 servings).
