Goji Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

 



INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Cier Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Extreme Health’s Organic / Wild Tibetan Goji Berries
1/8 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 Teaspoons White Sugar


DIRECTIONS

In a saucepan combine vinegar and Extreme Health’s Organic / Wild Crafted Goji Berries/ Cook over medium heat until Goji berries soften. Remove from heat; add olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Place in blender and mix until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. •Toss with your favorite salad.
